Return & Exchange Policy:

To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your longball product we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the product in its original form with tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a stocking fee if the product is returned with missing or damaged content.

Product Guarantee:

We are not perfect and errors happen! We stand by our products and guarantee the quality. We’d be happy to replace any product with defects at no cost to you. Please email us within 5 days of receiving the product and will will get a new one sent out ASAP.
